Congressman Kurt Schrader (D-OR) today released the following statement after the passing of former Oregon House Speaker and Oregon Business Association leader Lynn Lundquist:
“I have very fond memories of the first Speaker of the House that I ever worked with, Lynn Lundquist. Lynn truly knew how to reach across the aisle to fashion bipartisan solutions to our state’s problems. His wisdom could surely be used right now on the national level. He will be sorely missed and my heart goes out to his family and friends during this difficult time.”
